I have been working as a consultant since 2000, and in 2020 I founded Püchner Consulting assembling my own team.
Our main target?
Not losing sight of the people behind the process.
My team and I guide our customers from A to Z. We get to know the entire company and identify points of friction. We change the dynamic from "forcing" to "controlling" the change process. This is how we break through established and outdated internal processes, removing excessive feedback rounds and tedious back and forth.
Keeping infrastructure and internal procedures updated is especially important in all things IT. Continuous technological progress requires constant attention from those responsible - the company should always be up to date.
It can be extremely difficult for IT managers to make the necessary adjustments to processes in addition to day-to-day business. And don’t underestimate the difficulties of getting everybody on board.
